Services
We provide professional photo editing, retouching, and related digital services including (but not limited to):
♦ Photo retouching (portraits, products, weddings, newborns, etc.)
♦ E‑commerce image editing (ghost mannequin, background removal, recoloring, 360° spins, etc.)
♦ Photo restoration, real estate editing, and other specialized services.
We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
User Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
♦ You own the rights to the images you provide, or have legal permission to use them.
♦ Your images do not contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted third-party content without authorization.
♦ You will provide clear instructions and requirements with your order.
Turnaround Time
♦ Standard delivery times vary according to volume and complexity (generally 12–48 hours for small orders).
♦ Large/bulk projects (e.g., 500+ images) will require an agreed timeline.
♦ While we strive to meet deadlines, occasional delays due to technical issues may occur.
Pricing & Payments
♦ All prices are quoted in [Currency – e.g., USD] unless otherwise stated.
♦ Bulk orders or recurring clients may receive discounted rates.
♦ Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
♦ We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on project requirements.
Revisions & Approval
♦ Each service includes reasonable revisions free of charge if the edits differ from your given instructions.
♦ Additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
♦ Final approval: Once edits are delivered and approved by you, Clipping Snap will not be liable for further changes without additional fees.
Refund Policy
♦ Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the service according to your original specifications.
♦ Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete or unsatisfactory projects.
♦ No refunds will be issued once the final files are approved by the client.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
♦ All client photos are handled with strict confidentiality.
♦ We do not claim ownership of client images.
♦ Your files are never shared, resold, or published.
♦ We use secure transfer methods for receiving and delivering image files.
Intellectual Property
♦ Final edited images belong to the client once full payment is made.
♦ Clipping Snap retains the right to use certain non-confidential samples for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service if:
♦ The client fails to provide legal rights to images, or
♦ Content is illegal, offensive, or violates copyright laws.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
