At Clipping Snap, client satisfaction is our top priority. We understand the importance of delivering high-quality photo editing and retouching services that meet your exact requirements. 

This Refund & Revision Policy outlines how we handle revisions, refunds, and complaints—with a balanced approach for both clients and our creative team. 

Revision Policy

Included Revisions:

  • Each order comes with reasonable free revisions (minor changes) within the original instruction scope. 
  • Example: Mistaken background color, dust not fully cleaned, or skin smoothness not adjusted as instructed. 

Not Included as Free Revisions: 

  • New requests beyond the original order description. 
  • Major re-edits requiring fresh instructions (e.g., completely new background, recoloring, complex manipulations not mentioned originally). 
  • Style-change requests after approval. 

Additional revisions outside the scope may incur an extra fee, which will be agreed upon before starting. 

Refund Policy

When Refunds Apply

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the committed time without a valid explanation.
  • If the delivered work does not match the description/specifications provided in your order (after revision attempts).
  • If technical errors (file corruption, non-delivery) occur and we are unable to resolve.

Partial Refunds

  • In cases where some part of the work is satisfactory but not the full order, we may issue a partial refund based on percentage of completed work.

No Refund Applies

  • Once you approve the final delivery.
  • For changes in decision/taste after we’ve already started or completed editing.
  • For jobs based on incorrect/incomplete client instructions.
  • For services delivered as agreed but client later wants extra edits beyond scope.

Free Trial Policy

  • We offer a Free Trial on sample images so clients can test our quality before bulk or paid orders.
  • Please use this trial to confirm editing style & quality before proceeding with larger projects.
  • Because we provide free validation, refunds on approved finalized work are generally not possible.

Bulk Orders & Large Projects

  • For large volume projects (100+ images), a deposit may be required before starting.
  • Refunds for bulk orders are proportionate to the number of pending images if cancellation occurs mid-project.

Requesting Revisions or Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, please: 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Clearly describe the issue and provide reference (comments, screenshots, etc.).
  3. Allow us to revise/fix the issue before claiming refunds.

Final Notes

  • Our goal is always to deliver high-quality, professional clipping path, retouching, background removal, e-commerce photo editing, restoration, and related work.
  • Refunds and revisions are managed fairly and transparently.
  • By placing an order, you accept this Refund & Revision Policy.
